Descricao Geral
Responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and performance of the organization's corporate network infrastructure. Provides support, administration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of network environments, including routing, switching, WAN connectivity, network security, data center infrastructure, and telecommunications services.
Language Requirements
– Advanced English proficiency is required, as this role will regularly interact and collaborate with global teams, participate in international meetings, support multinational projects, and communicate with stakeholders across different regions.
Key Responsibilities
– Monitor and administer the corporate network infrastructure.
– Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance incidents.
– Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment.
– Implement infrastructure changes, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
– Support technology expansion and modernization projects.
– Manage telecommunications providers and external network vendors.
– Perform network performance, capacity, and availability analysis.
– Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.
– Participate in Data Center activities, including rack and stack, cabling, and equipment installation.
– Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Preferred Knowledge
– Cisco Routing & Switching
– TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, and QoS
– BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, and SD-WAN
– Check Point, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Juniper firewalls
– DNS, DHCP, NTP, and SNMP
– Data Center environments
– Network monitoring and management tools
– Packet capture and traffic analysis
– Cloud networking technologies (Microsoft Azure and AWS)
Preferred Education & Certifications
– Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
– CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
– CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)
– ITIL Foundation Certification
– Security and/or Cloud certifications are considered a plus.
